I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins and 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 hashbrowns, I received 3 sausage mcmuffins, 1 egg mcmuffin and no hash browns, the sandwich was not wrapped properly and 3 fell out of the wrapper, I spoke with the manager and she tried to justify it by showing me they wrapped it properly which I knew was not correct and she stated it must have fell out when it was placed in the bag. Dismayed at the response and lack of care. I said okay, received the missing hash brown and vowed never to go to this location again.

Super fresh food, cooked just right. Nothing was overcooked, and I could tell the fries and nuggets were cooked in fresh clean oil. Sandwiches were constructed beautifully and the fixings were placed evenly with care. The staff all seemed to have wonderful communication with positive or a relaxed disposition. Order times were impeccable especially for how consistent and well maintained/uniform the orders were made. Probably one of the best experiences I've had at any McDonald's and one of the most clean and orderly as well. Thank you ?and keep up the excellence McDonald's fam!

I have gotten food several times from this place and several times the food comes out wrong, like tonight we got coffee. The coffee came without ice and with no sugar!! You asked for an iced coffee you're supposed to have ice! I have ordered a caramel frappe, came out without any kind of ice. It was basically liquid. Several times I've had instances where the app I tell them I'm using the mobile app and my code gets taken and they tell me that it wasn't taken, this place seriously is a mess. I have reached out to the owners two or three times now. I've left messages for them to get back to me and they never return my call. They never deal with anything. Absolutely horrible owners!!!!

Ordered a frappe online at 9PM with my rewards, but the frappe machine was already closed for cleaning (they don’t close until 11…). Offered my money back but since it was rewards I was offered a different drink. Got a hot coffee with caramel. It was room temperature. Customer service was not great either.

Go to the drive thru after 4pm I can guarantee you’ll wait atleast 10-15 min lol. Skip this one and go to the one on Trindle road. Their food is equally awful but atleast its quick. The one in carlisle off the harrisburg pike by petrol is fire. Best mcdonalds

I stopped here with my kids to have lunch. My bill was $39. I gave the cashier a $50 and he said he isn't allowed to accept bill's bigger than a $20. I left because I had nothing other than the $50 bill and I will never step foot in this place again.

I would give this a 0 star but that's not possible instead I give this a 1 star. I am beyond furious I doordashed food and I only got 5 nuggets instead of 6!! I didn't even get my DR PEPER!!This isn't a first for this happening either I am beyond angry!!
