So theyve switched to self ordering registers. We had several issues including them being out of everything including lettuce, the free chips and strawberries. Main issue was that our son has a dairy allergy so we listed that in the order and asked for the cheese and sauce on the side and they still put it on the sandwich. They did remake his sandwich but it wasnt ready till after we finished our food. Portions are pretty small and menu options arnt great. Wouldn't recommend.Dietary restrictions: Son has a dairy allergy which we specifically listed but his order and still messed up.

Hoping for a nice pic ic lunch at the park and Panera forgets chips and silverware and iced coffee was warm and hot coffee tasted stale and cold. Won't return to this location for sure. Sandwiches were good as usual.

Good food in general. The prices are bit high for what you get. The restaurant could be a little cleaner.

Hope this place has good security cameras inside! I got something stolen by 3 young girls and am going to call the cops and get the footage tomorrow

I just waited 26 minutes for a frozen drink and a breakfast sandwich. Which was a to go order by the way. As I watched everyone else get their orders I sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. I doubt I’ll be coming back to this Panera.

It's all self serve, and they really have no personality.

Nice restaurant and the people working there are nice. The only drawback I have is the 2nd door in the dining room is often used and lets a lot of cold air in that is a bit uncomfortable while trying to eat our meal. The main door is double and doesn't let wind travel in. It has been nice the past couple of weeks since the door has been broken, but it would be nice to not have that door used in the winter with such a small dining room.

While I've never dined in at this location, our pickup/delivery orders have always been ready on time and made correctly.

We have complained about the strength of the coffee a couple of times. The dark roast seems extremely watered down. They said initially they had issues with the coffee maker. The general manager now says it's just that way. This is the only store with this issue. We love the coffee at every other location. The last two times we came, our sandwiches were terrible. The "hot" sandwich was cold, and the veggie sandwich was barely full. I had to readjust my last review. The only reason I come back is the location. I'll go out of my way to go to another location.

Nice new building!! Same lack of bagel flavor variety. Same Cinnamon Crunch bagel that tastes like an onion bagel. ? ? It has been a couple of years since we have visited or purchased anything from Panera, because they have discontinued the French Toast and Cherry Vanilla bagels. Bagels are the only thing we purchase from Panera. Sunday, 10/22/23, we decided to go purchase a half dozen bagels being Cinnamon Crunch and Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. Monday, while toasting the Cinnamon Crunch bagel, we smell onion. Yes, the entire bagel tastes like an onion bagel. This has happened to us so many times in the past. Food establishments are not permitted to have certain ingredients next to other ingredients, as they will absorb the strong odor or taste of the ingredients. Obviously, Panera does not follow these food establishment guidelines.

Stopped going to the Panera in Camp Hill due to my orders consistently being screwed up. My first order at this new location was no different. Must be in the Panera culture.
