I've purchased carry out food here on previous occasions. But this morning's service was the worse I've ever had. On previous occasions, whenever I order carryout, the receptionist would ask my name, and then go retrieve my order and hand it to me. This morning was different. An older woman and, I'm assuming a cook was sitting at the counter in the back. First, no one walked up to greet me, then I had to yell my name to the old woman at the counter. Instead of her getting up, bringing me my order, she pushed it over for me to walk back and retrieve it myself. This was clearly very bad and disrespectful customer service. I wonder if this would have happened if I was White. Poor service

I eat there every Saturday nite. Good food & they have the most wonderful waitresses. We like them all. Would like to see broasted chicken....your honey chicken is also delicious! Thanks Pepper Mill!!!!!
