I've been coming to Red Lobster for years, this time on my birthday. But, this time I was very disappointed. After waiting a long time to order, was told that you didn't have the Sailor Platter (out of shrimp ?!!) I know you push the lobster, but out of shrimp ?!!

My was served a bad lobster tail with her surf and turf. The lobster was mushy to the touch and a potential food borne illness. Cooks need training on proper cooking of seafood and steaks. Her steak was extremely rare when ordered medium. Poor service recovery. No discount offered or anything. I'm a chef and that's how the the mistake was caught.

The service here is usually pretty good but the food varies. For 2 people you're pushing close to $100 with drinks and tip and I don't find it's worth it.

Gave 5 stars because of our server, Alex. He was exceptional and very attentive. We ordered Endless Shrimp, and he was right there to make sure he would put our order in so we wouldn't have to wait very long . The shrimp dishes were good. Walt's Shrimp was much smaller than when this dish first appeared on the menu. Their Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp dish is very good. They added a new Shrimp dish to the menu....sea salt and vinegar crusted shrimp. I found this dish too sour for my taste. It's not a bad value for $25.
My wife and I stopped here last weekend. We were seated right away, the hostess was super friendly, our waiter was spot on, and the food was really good! We both had a cup of the clam chowder, and it’s always amazing, cheddar biscuits are one of our favorites and we split the fish sandwich and it was delicious. Would highly recommend this Red Lobster location do anyone in the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg area.Parking: Plenty of lit free off street parking.
I loved it there. They had the most delicious Spicy Chicken Alfredo, personally that's was the most magnificent food I have ever had in years .

We usually have a good experience here but not on our last visit. My mother ordered the shrimp linguine, the dish was served with the tails still on, she had pick them out and remove them. When asked the waitress about it she wasn't very nice and said that's how it's served and maybe the user was just messy.
We had a very outgoing server Pin Pin her name she went beyond above and beyond. She was very informative with specials and foods she recommended. Very happy bubbly. We missed getting our fries in our order and she made sure we got some form of potatoes. Kept checking in on us made us feel like we were part of her family. She had apologized to us because there was a longer wait for our food than usual. She made it worth the wait. Restaurant it's self was very clean and nice. Enjoyed our visit.

The only people in the area who really know sea food. Very nice servers too. Love the endless shrimp deal!
