I went here a long time ago, around 2019. I was trapped in a very abusive relationship, where if I’d bring something home made the wrong way, I’d get hit for it. I mentioned the coffee I ordered for them to be made with no sugar, twice, because he was 1, diabetic and 2, I knew if I brought home a drink with sugar, I’d be beat that night. The employees MOCKED my request, by frantically repeating NO SUGAR NO SUGAR GOD FORBID YOU PUT ANY SUGAR IN, DONT FORGET ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR!!!!! Then they all laughed amongst each other. It was very rude and unforgivable to me. The drinks were decent, the service was atrocious.

Starbucks in Carlisle is located at a convenient location. It is crowded most of the time. Their drive through is big. I love their pumpkin spice latte and a couple of other drinks. Three starts cause I liked only a few drinks at this location and pumpkin Latte is one of them.

The drinks are pretty standard, made by kids just trying to have a job which I totally get. But the place always has trash on the tables, always extremely noisy due to it being at the checkout lines and it's just "eh" compared to some other Target Starbucks I've visited.

Employees are super fast and polite. The Starbucks may be too small for this location. Although they are fast there is always a line due to the high flow of shoppers! Employees keep the line moving and always have a smile on.

I was very offput by the cashier scanning her phone before I could give her my app for rewards. Don't think I'll be returning to this location
Drinks are like any other Starbucks and can be a bit slower because they're usually short staffed but you can't even be angry. They have a worker there named Ron and he is so wonderful and kind. He brightens my day because he is so happy and cheerful. I hope they appreciate him very much because he's what makes this place a 10/10.

Again, 'STARBUCKS' proved to be the top leader in the coffee house business!Sometime ago, I went to 'STARBUCKS' accross the street from HARRISBURG MALL in HARRISBURG, PA, and was totally satisfied!So, I allowed time to pass, so I could visit another 'STARBUCKS', to see if the coffee house giant lost it's luster (quality).Again, in my opinion, 'STARBUCKS,' at 6445 CARLISLE PIKE, MECHANICSBURG, PA, took home the 1st place prize!People ordered by cellphone or whatever, made it to 'STARBUCKS' and their orders are waiting!'STARBUCKS' serves BREAKFAST,LUNCH,DESSERT,COFFEE,SMALL PLATES,PREPARED FOODS. Has Indoor/outdoor seating,WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY entrance and RESTROOMS, and to add to all those, 'STARBUCKS' have top-grade WIFI AVAILABILITY!I bought 2-SPINACH FETA WRAPS (only 1- showing in picture),2-ALMOND CROISSANTS (only 1-showing in picture),1-HAM SWISS CROISSANT,1-REGULAR COFFEE &1-GR-RASPBERRY SYRUP CAPPUCCINO.The store...CLEAN! The restrooms...CLEAN!Now the best news, the employees seem to me, to be 'HAPPY' to add to 'STARBUCKS' height!THANK YOU 'STARBUCKS'...AGAIN!
