Previously a good Starbucks but something changed. The area needs a second Starbucks with a drive thru. I actively avoid this one as it's insanely busy. The staff feel overworked and under appreciated.
If you sort the reviews by most recent, it is telling. The service and quality have gone down drastically in recent months. It is a busy Starbucks but the staff is clearly not led or managed well. Orders take a very long time and the quality is not good compared to all other Starbucks locations that I use. The one across the street in the grocery store is way better and faster. If you are looking for the slowest Starbucks in the country, congratulations! You have found it. While most of the staff are nice, waiting 35 minutes in the drive-thru with no way to get out for a latte is beyond ridiculous, go to literally any other Starbucks is you want your drink within a reasonable time
