“Kindest folks I've come across in a long time. Being by myself, I sat at the bar so not to take up table space. One of the cooks was having dinner and we had good conversation. He was proper and kind. The bar tendress was very kind and didn't skip a beat being as busy as they were. There was a young lady that was taking out the pickup orders and when I asked her a question she had no problem stopping to assist me. All had great spirits and made me feel so comfortable. The next time I go through the area I will stop in again for such great service. BTW, The steak was perfect.“
“Good selection of food . A soup and desert bar across from the salad bar . Handycap accessible . Clean and friendly staff. The Hot Soup is always good.iParking: Good lighting . Handycap parking close to the sidewalk ramp.Wheelchair accessibility: Driveway level sidewalk and flat flooring throughout.“
“Rarely do I find a steak house that exceeds my expectations. Having been to St. Elmo’s in Indianapolis, the bar is set high. That being said this far exceeded my expectations. The steaks were great, cooked perfectly. The drinks and deserts were world class and I’m honestly shocked even as I write this. Highly recommend, especially given the area. I have tried other local restaurants and nothing comes close. The staff was incredible. The food was brilliant. It’s a 5 star !!“
“This little, unassuming, homey place has the BEST food and the waitstaff is DELIGHTFUL. My favorite restaurant in the Harrisburg area, and I don't think you can find a better steak anywhere on the east coast. I look forward to eating here every single time I'm in town :)“
“A hidden gem in the City of Harrisburg. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend the crab dip appetizer. It's out of this world and you'll be fighting over who gets the last bite. We have been here on several occasions. Also the Tangler Burger and fries are awesome. Our most recent visit was for Easter Dinner. Our family plans changed on the Friday before Easter and the staff at Dodge City was more than accommodating with getting us a reservation spot on their already busy schedule. Thanks so much! So, if you are traveling or a resident in Harrisburg... check out this hidden restaurant on Paxton Street. The food and service are excellent and the prices are reasonable.Parking: Parking lot with plenty of spaces.“
“I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in years, but a steak craving and an impromptu date night brought us in last night. The entire experience was great! Found 2 seats at the bar rather easily even though the place was packed at dinner time on a Friday. The bartender, Angie, was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were great and our steaks were cooked to perfection! Not one complaint. I'll definitely return again soon.“
“I've been coming to this location regularly for about 8 months now and frequent the takeout service. Service is very quick. The website gives me trouble so I end up calling to order. Phones are answered quickly, I'm never on hold for longer than a minute, and upon arrival my food is usually brought out by Maddie who is both humorous and efficient. I'm often able to leave within 3 minutes from the moment I park (which is great because my break is an hour long). Could not get through my week without this place and can recommend to anyone who may need a bite around Capital City Mall! Would rate 5 stars but I do not like tomato and every now and then my food comes with tomatoes, no big deal.“
“Listen!!!!!! The Pics, and reviews could never do this little gem any justice! From the atmosphere, to the taste, to the pure feeling you receive while in this establishment. By far a hidden gem. I enjoyed old school Italian grinder and fries. Brought me to my Philly Childhood. The staff was very friendly and personable.I will definitely return and speak to everyone about this place!!!Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Side disability ramp for access“
