The kid at the counter was rude and apparently was out of everything, very very very slow even with a line of people. His sandwich making skills were that of my 2 year olds. Horrible experience. He closed the shop 30 mins early as well. Incredibly lazy employee. If he worked for me in one of my franchises I'd do myself a favor and fire him asap.

Ordered a 12" meatball sub. One half had 1 meatball. The other half had two and a half meatballs. This is what i get for ordering online and not watching them make it. Pathetic.

I am wondering if I may press charges for this taking my money and never giving me my food. I guess I will ask my lawyer. Hopefully I will probably won this subway after I'm done with this legal stuff

went there to get a free turkey sub per their one time promotion, and was disappointed I had to argue *not* to have certain ingredients on the sub like cheese, onions, ect. employee suggested I was changing what it was meant to be and trying to get something different. I fought hard and won. These folks need a refresher course in customer service> math>subtraction>ok to subtract> less ingredients= more profit. But thanks for the free sub.

Slow service Doesn't accept subway coupons. Not enough meat and other items to choose from have to cut everything and very slow at it

Not meet the subway standards. I got 6 tuna foot long sandwiches that were horribly done the amount of tuna was less than half it should be I called to complain and manager Sam I believe he is the owner as well wanted me to send him the pics that I did and he never acknowledged or said any thing in return in the evening when I texted again he said he will let me know tomorrow but never did and after two days s when I texted again he said he will call me later and after few hours he called and was giving me the reason that it was a deal (buy two and get one free) so it doesn’t matter his employee said that he made it right however he can give me a free sub that I asked him to enjoy from me I will never go to this subway again very bad quality sub and worst costumer service.

Came in around 4:30 pm on a thursday...and they were closed! I was greeted at the door by who I guess was the owner and she told me nobody came in for their shift this morning so they won’t be open for another hour. Judging by all the other reviews I think I’m glad I didn’t eat there.
Been here about a dozen times, I would say most times I go there is a miserable employee with a rotten attitude. They are always on their phones when I go, and when I walk in and the kid rolls his eyes and I see they don't wanna work it makes me wonder why I even bothered coming.

First things first. The woman who made my sandwich was very abrupt. There was only my fiancé and I in line and she pushed us through like it was a lunch rush. I asked her a question of whether or not the peppers were sweet or hot and she just grabbed them and threw them on carelessly. Once you finish you are supposed to take the knife and push everything into the sandwich, but this woman DID NOT. She cut my foot long in half while it was wide open and then just wrapped it up. Once I went to open it Everything fell out. My fiancé just got lettuce tomatoes and vinaigrette and a meet on his sandwich. It's not like we put too much in the sub for it to explode like that. This woman was CARELESS. She obviously didn't want to be there and it showed. The only thing I was happy with was the cookie because I didn't have to wear it. Never going back there again.
