This subway location is the worst. We ordered online and went to pick up the order. The employee stated they could not make our food after I waited in the store for 15 minutes. The employee seemed more interested in disappearing into the back and not doing her job. Very poor customer service. Several online orders were the same thing — people came to pick up their order and were told it could not be made. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
The order was for 75 3 inch subs for a special project. Order took a little longer but only saw 2 people working Order. I felt there was not enough lettuce/tomato/onion on the side of which they reluctantly gave us more, but they gave me just enough for the 75 subs. We ordered ham & cheese/Italian and 2 other types of subs. They did a great job even with the small issues we thought needed. They were correct in what they gave us. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We were driving home from a trip and after 8 hours in the car, we decided we wanted Subway for dinner when we got home. I placed the order on the app and when I went to pick it up, not only was it not ready, but the young lady working behind the counter told me that they didn't make it because they only had wheat bread and didn't know if that would be okay.
