This has always been one of my favorite spots in town - the atmosphere, the service, and the knowledge of the staff is unmatched :) I'm hoping they'll come back in the new year

Wonderful casual gaming experience with over 600 games to choose from. It's only $6 to spend all day playing board games. The coffee is also lovely. Plus, there are vegan dairy products for coffee and a really good vegan bean burger on the menu. Definitely going to come here regularly for date night <3

Definitely a hidden gem in Mechanicsburg. The food and drinks are nice, the interior is cozy and clean, and the staff are amazing. The owner even recommended my date and me some games to try, as well as helped us get them set up and taught us how to play. Always worth the hour drive it takes me to get there.The only downside is that it is a little cramped, but they make due with what they have.

The owner is always kind, very knowledgeable and patient. When my grandson and I go to GTC he helps us learn and understand new games and checks on how we are coming along. He also recommends games that are challenging and yet age appropriate. The food is expensive but good. Always a fun and enjoyable experience!

This is a nice game store / restaurant: the shop up front offers board games, card games and other table games for rent or for sale. There are gaming tables, and food (hot and cold) is available for purchase. Three of us visited for dining only. The food was delicious (try the soups!). Our order was accurately filled, arrived quickly and was priced reasonably. The staff were friendly, and nearby gamers seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Awesome food and wonderful service. We had a great afternoon with 6 kids and 3 adults. We bright a bottle of wine and the kids had drinks. Food was varied and amazing. Servers and owner were engaging and helpful. Lots of game options for all ages.

Great concept, but poor execution. I walked in with stars in my eyes thinking this place is great, and left with sheer disappointment. Customer service was poor, and I waited over 30 minutes for a simple smoothie and personal pizza. They don't have the manpower or the kitchen equipment to handle quick food service. It's fine I guess if you want to play a game and sit for a while and you don't care about getting your food quickly.

I love the Game Table Café! Great spot to have fun hanging out with friends and learn new games or play your favorites. My favorite menu items are the Wingspan breakfast sandwich, Fresco sandwich, Fresco salad, Loaded Baked Potato Soup, and Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my friends love their coffee. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with friends there recently. I pre-ordered a Grogu birthday cake with half chocolate (dark side), half vanilla (light side), and cream cheese chocolate chip icing and it was so AMAZING! The staff are very friendly and helpful and will also teach and/or jump in on a game, if requested, which is super fun! I think in this day and age it's important to mention that everyone is welcome there and treated with respect. Note: my picture collection is from various visits over the course of more than a year.

I went for the first time today with my beautiful gf and had SUCH a good time!! We had a situation where we needed to leave and come back, and it was no issue for da one game pass. Every employee was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating! They even gave us a lil 5 minutes after close to finish the game we were on not to mention the prices are great!!
