I placed a mobile order for a Frosty and Chili. I found out once I arrived that they didn't have the Chili. I was offered anything else I wanted to make up for my disappointment, so I ordered a Baconator. I suspect it was doctored because the meat was about half the size of the bun and the bacon was two pieces, each a little bigger than a postage stamp, so they turned my disappointment into understanding and then into anger.
Most of the time something is wrong with my order. For example, I get ice in my drinks when I ask for none. One larger and one small flavor of drink and get the opposite. My sandwiches made with post-it note sized lettuce or bacon broken in half (treated as one piece). They skimp on the condiments (never looks like in there signage or advertisements). Service has really gone hills. Because I rarely get what I ordered from this place, I refuse to do business with this Wendy's.

Man it’s Wendy’s so at least the food is good. But if you go here looking for any type of sauce for nuggets or anything. Pshhh. Good luck my friend. Half the time my nuggets are more breading than meat. They’re always cold and hard as a rock. I’ve just never had a store mess up my order so many times. Save your time and just go to the one on Cumberland parkway. An extra mile to get you food right and have better customer service is worth it.
