David was a pleasant, attentive waiter!! My husband had the shrimp fettuccine with pesto and loved it. I had the eggplant Parmigiano. Guys...it was cut thin, flattened, breaded, and fried hard. It was a challenge cutting it with the knife provided. Not noticeably seasoned and I really couldn't taste the eggplant! Your Italian grandma would give you a "Cosí,, Cosí" alternatively turning her outstretched hand palm up and palm down. Please use a different recipe!
