Food was adequate but expensive ... Service was not great... We bused our own table... There are limited choices at HIA . Flight was delayed or we would have waited until our destination.

The server wore her gloves the entire time. Like literally brought food out, grabbed dirty dishes, rang people up on the pos, handled cash and swept up with a broom. All in the same "disposable" gloves.

Got mild food poisoning from either the grilled cheese sandwich I ordered or the ketchup I had with it. Not recommended!

My flight wound up diverting in to MDT. I ordered a grilled cheese, which took a while to make. I got it to go and was super disappointed to see that the expensive grilled cheese was *burned*. I love a good grilled cheese but gave this one away to local ground crew. Maybe they don't mind a burned meal. I do. Skip this place if you can.

Absolutely terrible. Sat at the bar for over 30 minutes before they even tried to take my order. Got my drink, but food never came for another hour. Inquired about my food, and the order was never placed, Jasmine had no clue, despite the order being placed with her and her manager together. Jasmine the waiter/bartender spent most of her time hanging out off to the side playing on her phone and joking with the other workers whenever the manager wasn't watching. The place was not busy at all. Several other people got tired of waiting and just walked out. A coworker was traveling with me, and they refused to serve him drinks claiming he is intoxicated. Saying he was "talking funny". Well, he is German.... normally we just call that an accent. I've traveled a lot and ate my fair share of good and bad food, and had good and bad service. This is by far the worst in recent memory.

Avoid the nachos!! The cheese on the nachos is the canned variety found at high school basketball games. Not good and definitely not worth the money. But the added chicken and chicken quesadilla were both very good. Sandwiches and soups coming from the kitchen looked great and smelled wonderful too.

Avoid at all costs.... Horrible bartender.. my food sat for 40 minutes, finally after I inquired about it, she stated" there's no ticket on it". So she refused to give me the food I ordered. Terrible service.

Unless you enjoy disrespectful service choose elsewhere to eat. It’s overpriced and terrible service. We entered the cafe and ordered our drinks first then our food. Our drinks were brought promptly then he returned to take our order. When he brought our food I assumed he saw our drinks because they were both empty but if he did, he didn’t offer us a refill. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited to see if he hopefully did and would return shortly. We tried to flag him down several times and he did not come over to us but did check on others around us. Our waiter then walked out of the area outside the cafe over to wall by restrooms and made a phone call and stood there for about 10 min. We tried to approach the bar tender to ask for a refill on our own, thinking that it was the best option, but we were turned down and told to go sit down and asked who our waiter was and they would be notified. After more than 10 minutes our waiter finally came over with new drinks and told us next time be more respectful. I spoke up more respectful? With which I responded we tried to get your attention several times and couldn’t and then you walked away outside the restaurant. He again responded be more respectful. I’m still baffled how we could have been more respectful and how his actions as the waiter were not considered so.
This is one of the worst airport restaurants i have been to. Service is terrible and the food options are minimal. Needs to be gutted and replaced.

I was skeptical about trying this place because the ratings were not great. However, there are not many breakfast options in the Harrisburg airport. I’m glad I stopped! I got the southwestern quesadilla and it was delicious and really big. Price was great and service was fast!
