The Indian food is a far cry from the claim of being the 'best in Hershey'. There was so little flavor. I'm giving my thoughts on their Lamb Curry dish, and I would not recommend it. If you want real authentic Indian in the Hershey area, I'd recommend Khana Indian Bistro. That restaurant doesn't need to claim to 'be the best', because when you go there, you already know it's true.

Came in on a random Thursday night, traveling in from out of town. Looking for a spot to get some good Indian food and beer(s). I can say the lamb jalfrezi was on-point. Spicy and flavorful. Slow cooked in the way that’s hard to do from a microwave. Ingredients were clearly fresh. Full bar and decent selection of draft beers and traditional bar food. Seems like a fun neighborhood hangout spot. You’re probably going to need to park on the street or walk. Will return.

all i want to say this reasturant is not indian reasturant, name indian but runs by nepali staff.food is very mediocre there is no such thing as ambiance, bar in other side.not a single thing i can say good about this reasturant

Got takeout and it was okay, nothing really wrong with it but at the same time nothing to write home about. Inexpensive which was nice. Got a paneer dish and they give a nice portion. The rice was not very good, a little over cooked. Overall it was fine, didn't hate my meal but unlikely to be back
Best Indian and American fusion I have found, I will gladly drive 30 minutes to eat here. If you are in the area or looking for great food and service then Karara is for you.
