Donnell is such a nice guy. He smiled at me and even complimented my shirt. He was so friendly I felt at home. I wasn’t to confident in what I want but he help me find something perfect! ?

I enjoyed coming to the Starbucks inside Harrisburg airport. However, they need to hire more employees as it takes a while to get the food and beverages to the customers. The employees did get my orders correct and the ham and cheese croissant was delicious.

Try not to bother these employees with an order. They are more interested in socializing with each other. I thought I was invisible standing at counter. Even after they got around to making my drink. They just set it on counter without a word. I was to assume it was my drink. People have no self awareness even while working. Go to the Dunkin just 100 feet away. Much better.

This was my third time visiting this Starbucks at this airport and what I will start off and say that there is one barista that is always cleaning the store and he always makes my day especially with his manager they always make jokes but the main reason I made this review was to say , the service was amazing everytime but I did have a little issue with my drink there was 2 fruit flys /nats in my pink drink and when the guy told another baraista that he was gonna make me my drink again . I guess the other guy was saying he needs to ring me up or something but I think he was new because the barista I knew told him to go sweep the floor and he was gonna do orders because “ I’m not going to be here all night especially if I’m doing everything “ and I definitely agree he was doing everything and the other guy just stood there on his phone and then proceeded to stand there with his hands in his pocket . UNACCEPTABLE

Arrived at airport for early flight. Both baristas had major attitude. The one chubby pony tail and glasses had a face with no smile and did not greet anyone and acted entitled and as someone owed her money. She did not give me a straw for my frozen lemonade and asked her for the straw she rolled her eyes. And previously the delta crew came to buy coffee and she apparently heard them saying thanks to her and she acts like she didn't hear... very rude employee and please do not come to work like this if you don't like your job.

Her name was Wynter, she was super friendly throughout the whole transaction, even though it was packed and had just delt with a rude customer! She did a wonderful job, I am a shiftlead for a fastfood restaurant so I know how frustrating these situations are. Thank you so much keep it up!!

This was my second time coming to this Starbucks. I love the fact they open at 5am so you can actually get coffee before the 6am flights. They also move pretty quick too & it's located right after security. I think anytime I fly here, I'll be going to this Starbucks!

One of the worst experiences. Ever my coworker stood an wasn’t greeted. I say hello am the guy was texting an I said can u help me he said don’t worry ur good. The lady working was great. But this guy working should not be a representation of Starbucks at Harrisburg airport. As you can see in the pick he was gloveless an had got my crossaint. Which I thru away because if the unsanitary condition by him. This was 3-1-23 about 5pm.

This is my first time coming to the Harrisburg international airport and this was the best experience the barista named donel helped me and my daughter and he was so polite and the other guy working made my drink wrong he refused to make my drink again and donel made my drink and gave my daughter the strawberry cake pop this is what I call professionalism and making the moment right and thank you for making my day better amazing work !
