I really don't come to this one but the people are really nice I advise you to get your soda inside where you make it yourself the soda is better inside than at the window. And I can't stand cold fries so I always tell them I want mines without salt they have to make it fresh just for you to know at any restaurant

Took 26 min to get my single burger in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. Clearly something is deeply wrong with the organization or work ethic of the staff

my mother, age 43, requested to get the new wendy's: orange creamsicle frosty since she recently underwent surgery and is unable to drive. because of this, the whole family had to come. we drove 15+ minutes to this establishment since there are none in the area. when we pulled up the the window, we were responded with the statement "sorry our machine is down." the second i heard this, i knew this worker was just deciding to be lazy. thought i could trust u wendys. thought you were better than mcdonalds but i guess not. 1 star. if 0 was possible, this would be my rating.

Large order was missing half the food, got no napkins, straws, spoon, or sauces for nuggets. Was out of baked potatoes and they refunded that but neglected to tell me they were also out of chili, paid for it but never got it. Went back to get a full refund. Never going back to this location again.

Worst place ever!!! We placed an order for pick up since we had a trailer on the back of our truck and didn’t think it was a good idea to go through the drive through When we showed up 6+ minutes later the order still hadn’t been made! My husband then waited inside for another 20+ minutes until they finally made the order!! Will never be coming back here again.

Spoke on the phone with Stephanie (spelling questionable). My order was missing something and she made everything right. Mistakes can be made. We're all human. But it's how you handle the mistakes that matter. You guys went above and beyond to make it right even though I already drove 20 min home.

Everytime i go here late at night my order is screwed up .. lay off the green peopke damm ... But tonight the drive through guy was very polite and helped me get sour creme and butter when i came back ariund since they forgot it ofiginally . So thank you drive through superman ! Keep it

We stopped to have breakfast before getting onto the turnpike. The lobby doors were closed. The signs all say 6:30am, we were there at 7am. We called to ask if the lobby was open the manager stated they are "kind of" short staffed and chuckled. There were plenty of employees working from what we could see. There no need to not open your doors, it's laziness and not wanting to run 2 registers. We sat in the parking lot for 20mins, only one other person attempted to go in.... the drive thru wasn't busy either! Never coming back and will discourage all friends and family to not stop either.
