I do not eat here due to my allergies, but my brother eats there all the time. I brought him in this evening and we were greeted by two very nice gentlemen. At first it seemed like they knew us and then I found out that they actually remembered my brother from past experiences. They even remembered that he liked soccer and asked him what jersey he had on today. All of this to say that the service is absolutely superb.In regard to the atmosphere, I feel that it is absolutely spectacular. Compared to some times that I had gone in years past, I found it to be much cleaner, modern, and customer friendly. They have a rack for online pick-up orders which is super nice. All of their ovens, microwaves, and appliances are brand new and up-to-date. They even removed some tables from the dining area to make it feel more comfortable to stand in when waiting in line.This last part will be short because I do not eat there myself, but, as I said, my brother does. He loves the subs that they make, and trust me, my brother is picky as picky gets. They knew his order for starters, but they still made sure to ask and confirm that everything looked right before and after putting anything on it.Overall, this store gets a 10/10 in my book. I feel that the new ownership is taking this once outdated store in a very positive direction!

I Went to have my lunch, The young guy nicely welcomed me and made my sandwich. I am bit picky and gave that guy hard time to made the roll but he happily made it. The restaurant was very cleaned. Great food and customer service.

This is the only Subway that I go to. It's clean, the people behind the counter are courteous and nice, very accommodating. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.Parking: I've never had a problem with parking.

Hadn't been here in about a year, the previous employees were nice. I think it was the owner who made my sandwich today. I chose mozz cheese for the 1st time and he said nothing about it being $2 extra until I paid. He said he doesn't always tell people it's more, which I feel is shady. I won't be back anytime soon.

I went in after work on Wednesday night, there was a young man who helped with my order that we had called in. He did mess up my order but the manager was kind and stepped in. They ended up making me an amazing sandwich and were so kind and empathetic. I recommend and appreciate their great customer service. Thank you ?

Bad customer service . Incorrect order. Unwelcoming environment.Ordered online, and dined in . Order was made wrong . Ordered 2 subs, 1 toasted , 1 not toasted, received both toasted . Hot lunch meat is absolutely nasty to me! I ordered more of each veggie, man making sub said, “Next time you order don’t put more this more that I can’t close sandwich”. I ordered 6 vegetables on my sandwich, nothing overloading. Well Mr. sandwich maker, if you can’t fold a sandwich closed, give your customer an alternative, like I can give you those extras on the side to help me close the sandwich, or this is what I can do for you. Your customer paid already , now you’re telling me you can’t do it , that’s unprofessional. I heard excuses instead of a solution for your problem . I asked for a cup for water, and I was given 1, with a comment from the clerk “for water”. I asked for another, because I had 2 children with me. The clerk held the water cup up, questioned, “Water only ok?” I replied, “Yes water cups.” I felt interrogated over water cups.
