Good prices! I ordered on uber eats and my driver picked up the wrong food, called the place and they went out of their way to remake my order and delivered it to me even though I'm out of the way of their route! We come here alot and will continue because of the quality of service :)

One of the worst pizzas i have ever had. We got a large cheese and meat lovers. Pizza had no sauce. The crust definitely was not made in house. I can tell it was bought frozen. Please learn to make better quality pizza. Overall quality sucked. I hope the Lancaster city location is better when i try it soon.

The food is always fresh and hot. The service is friendly, the college campus ambiance is nice. Good memories here. I recommend waffle fries with cheese, the chicken strips, and the milkshakes.

The staff is very nice and the food was great as long as you're not expecting a Michelin Star. Honestly, I was just thrilled to see the Sugar Bowl is still standing after such a long time. I graduated in '78 and had more bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and steak subs there than I could count. The place didn't have much style back then but the food was far better than what was being served at Gordinier Hall.
As a Millersville alumnus and employee, I have had many a meal at the sugar bowl. Their food is always amazing and they are faster than you would expect. They also have some of the nest burgers around. Hard to beat a great burger, fries, and a drink for ten bucks. I took some dinners to a family recently and they commented on how good it was. There is also a woman who works there, she may be one of the owners, who is super sweet.

It is definitely a cool college hangout being right next to the stadium. The staff was friendly and place was clean. The food was so so. Not sure I'd go there again. There was a lot to pick from though.
