food selection is very restricted, everything is either microwaved or miserably disappointing.

I ate there when visiting my daughter on campus. They had a really nice selection of options. It was a Sunday, so among other choices, they also had an assortment of breakfast/brunch menu items including eggs, bacon, etc. Everything was hot and tasted great!

The cuisine offered has been by far the most pallet pleasing, cultured, exquisite food to grace my taste buds.

They don't take into consideration how their plans will affect students. For all of the money that we're spending to have these meal plans, we deserve much better food. The new meal plan chedules are unnacceptable. How are students with early classes supposed to eat breakfast? I'm appalled at this decision, and we deserve better.

There are so many things wrong with how dining is run at this university. The quality of the food is lacking. I get the impression that they're going for quantity over quality; which would be fine, if they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for a meal plan. It's not the worst food I've ever had, but I am so so SO happy that I am able to cook for myself now that I've moved off campus. It's hundreds of dollars cheaper, I feel full after I eat a meal, and my food actually has flavor. The meal plan itself leaves much to be desired. In the past, students were given a dollar amount allotted for each meal, and they could pick and choose whatever items they wanted until they reached that dollar amount. This makes so much more sense to me than a combination-style menu. In addition, they just announced the new dining hours for Spring 2018. They've cut out all options for students to get breakfast before 9:30am, unless you have a class near the Cove...which relatively few of us do. The majority of academic buildings and all of the residence halls are on the other side of campus, and students like to grab something quick from the Galley or Anchor before heading to their 8 or 9am classes. Cutting out those earlier hours is unacceptable. Why force residential students to buy a meal plan if you're not going to feed them?? Absolutely ridiculous.
