Terrific and original food. We first started getting their take & bakes and sides from the Bloomfield Farmer's Market last summer & now they're catering our October wedding!

This is kind of unusual for me, since I know this place as a vendor at a local farmer's market. When I looked for the physical location, I couldn't find it under restaurants. It is listed under Event Planning & Services, which I can't fully wrap my head around. I know from a small amount of research that they have a brick and mortar location. They list themselves as a caterer 1st and a restaurant 2nd, which has limited days and hours of operation, Thursday - Saturday 5 - 9pm. From the farmer's market, I've sampled a few things. Recently, I tried their onion tart, although I was a little confused by it. I was quotes prices of $15 and $17, but their website lists the tart as $10. I could be off on the pricing, since there could be different sizes, but they all look the same to me. I had this as a breakfast option, since it is described as an egg, cheese and onion pie. Frankly, I found it to be rather bland, and thought it could have used some basic seasoning, like salt and pepper. I had to add these at the table to extract any enjoyment from this dish. I still want to try some of their soups, but so far, I haven't been impressed. My son tried their lasagne and voiced a limp 'good' when asked about it. I tend to get more when he really enjoys something, but his response was kind of bland. I tried their pork meatballs with pine nuts and found it kind of interesting. That being said, I wouldn't go out of my way for these. I thought the meat was kind of dry and again, the flavor somewhat bland. In my opinion, this is not a place I would go out of my way to visit. They seem to be more focused on certain buzz words than actual flavor. Their site boasts of solar power, sustainability and clean energy. While these are certainly worthwhile and notable, the focus should be on the food, which seems to not be where the emphasis is placed. If climate change is a subject near and dear to you, this place might be worth visiting. If you are looking for flavor, I would recommend some far better options. It lists as catered food, and the flavor reflects that. This is elevated cafeteria food, and nothing more.

Fantastic food in a warm environment that's always offering up something fun. So so sad about the fire, but also so so excited for the reopening in the fall. Until then, I love finding Sprezzatura soups and other prepared meals at the Millvale Market, they never fail.

The food is great, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is quaint and cozy. If you're a food adventurer (like me) who loves those off-the-beaten-path restaurants, this is the kind of hidden gem we live for. You won't find a better Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh.

I recently attended a party catered by this restaurant and, wow, it was amazing - Delicious dolmas, onion focaccia, sandwiches, olives, salad and meatballs and fruits and cheeses. Beautiful displays. Even the cookies were top notch.

Sprezzatura is amazing (I may be biased because my aunt is the owner but it's just THAT good that I had to share)! High quality food, friendly staff, and nice decor. They put on events like jazz nights and support the local community in various ways such as giving meals to families in need. If you want a delicious Italian dinner that won't break the bank in a welcoming environment, come here.

We rented Sprezzatura's physical space for our rehearsal dinner and our guests were blown away by the delicious dinner and dessert. All the food was amazing, but the vegetable lasagna was the star of the show. Jen and her staff were friendly, professional and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This restaurant catered a wedding that I attended. Food was nothing special, the bar was frequently unmanned, and some members of staff were very disrespectful to people. I would not recommend them for this service.

The food is delicious and Jen and her team are great to work with on event catering. I have hired Sprezzatura for several events for 25-100 people. They will accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

Get the lemony chickpeas and thank me later. They are a prefect add on to any salad. The team at Spreazzaturra is wonderful and everything has been very high quality. I've never been to the retail location as it's more convenient for me to just get everything delivered via Harvie.

passing thru town and got sent here by venue staff, they were having a private function but Jen the owner sat us and fed us anyway! Amazing food prepared with genuine love for their customers. You will not be disappointed! If I could give 7 stars I would.

I went camping with a group I didn't know well & thought a charcuterie plate would be something that everyone would enjoy. Boy was I right! A selection of cheeses, crackers, & nuts was perfect. The artichokes and grape leaves were phenomenal! At Sprezzatura, it was easy to order and work with. Everyone raved and I liked the sustainable packaging. I will return the basket which was perfect for presentation. All in all it's a perfect way to kick off an overnight stay in the woods!
