We called Brina on a Wednesday needing a birthday cheesecake for my brother that Saturday. Brina and her staff were very kind and accomodating to work with. We decided on a "turtle" style flavor (caramel cheesecake with chocolate ganache on top), and it was DELICIOUS. He loved it.Thank you Brina for creating him a special cake in time for his special day!!!

Just my opinion , I like the cupcake itself but just in my opinion the icing was to sweet for my taste and I would have been good with less icing . But again this is strictly my opinion and I would suggest people try for them selves they may think the cupcakes are perfect. This being said I wish them all well in the future !
