I took my daughter here for lunch today. The girl taking out order kept making mistakes, had us rung up for a large fry when we wanted value. I caught that mistake but when I ordered 2 bacon beef cheddar sandwiches, one with no red sauce,got to the table, no bacon. Had to go up to counter, wait for them to be replaced while one employee snapped at me that they weren't ordered with bacon, which they were. Finally got our new sandwiches, my daughter wanted no red sauce, hers was wrapped indicating special order but when she took 2 bites, she realized there was red sauce on hers and no red sauce on mine. Went back up to counter, employee snapped at me, refused to replace sandwiches again even though it was their mistake. Finally after their nasty attitude, replaced one of the sandwiches. I didn't want to just switch sandwiches cause my daughter bit out of the wrong sandwich and spit on it when she realized there was red sauce on it. We won't be back. Horrible customer service and your roast beef was partly pink, not cooked all the way.
