We ordered online through the mobile app. It took over 40 minutes just to get through the drive through. When we got to the window you could see 3 employees standing in a circle talking by the register as the line is almost out the parking lot. This was not ok and they need to do something about

Worst McDonald’s in the whole area. waited 20 minutes for my order at the last drive thru window, while every other car passed me up. They come to me to say they actually said they forgot what my order was. Two different teenage girls asked me what my order was, I tell them, but that’s too difficult they come back and ask for my receipt. Finally I get my order but it is missing my fries. Naw that’s messed up. You are all the worst. These pathetic employees can’t even work at McDonald’s right.

This location has gone way downhill in the lasts several months. My last few orders have come as parts to a sandwich violently thrown together that are too doused in condiments to eat. It wasn’t even busy when I went so there’s really no excuse. I’m not expecting anything to be perfect, but something edible would be nice. I think I’ve had it with this location though so I probably won’t return.

Sorry to say this but, recently on a Saturday went thru drive thru before work to get breakfast, I wanted an maple and fruit oatmeal. I have gotten them before knew what goes into the oatmeal. Pulled up to the second window and handed the oatmeal no bag no fruit and had to ask for a spoon. Then I looked at the oatmeal it had milk in it which I didn't ask for. Please double check on the with the crew on what maple and fruit oatmeal has in it before serving them.

They actually forgot about our order after pulling us. I stopped through quick to get something for my kids and they pulled me for 3 value sandwiches and a small fry for 15+ mins. Had to call the store to let them know I was still out there and see what was up and even after that it took at least 5 more mins to get the food. Yet we watched as several cars that were also pulled after us got their food and left. I would've drove back around to get a refund but by then the line was wrapped around the building. Also the attitudes suck. The girl who had us pulled didn't even say hello back to me when she handed my drink over. ? The deciding factor for a review for me was how unbothered they were about it. #DoBetter
