Great pizza, easily in the top in Pittsburgh. Solid fries too, fresh and thick cut. Many selections to top with for them. Place that remembers you too. Was my first time there. But the server remembered my son as a regular from 2 yrs ago. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Being a drafthouse so many good beer choices. Going back as soon as I can with my schedule

It was horrible from the beginning to the end gave me someone else's order the 1st time i ordered they were rude repeatedly asked for well done they came out 3 times barely done. Wen I asked for some else to help me she did not it was to much money for all 3 times I ordered there to get bad service never gonna patronize them again ?

This is a place we've been to a couple of times. We've been to many of the caliente locations. Always enjoy the food. But upon occasions, they have been short staffed and it's very evident.
I had ordered a steak sandwich and a few other items. The other items were decent quality. But the steak sandwich was meatless. It came with bread. And maybe a slice of cheese couldn’t really tell if it was there, it was very minimal.

It was almost closing time, but my food wasn't the best. My fries was okay, but that small pizza for 16.50 that wasn't all the way done, had me a little upset ? (doughy pizza) cheese not all the way melted, I was highly disappointed.
I stood there for 5 minutes while 5 or more workers studiously avoided making eye contact. Fine, you don't want my business, I'll leave.

The women working at this place are completely rude and disrespectful. I ordered food for pickup and I stood at the register for 15 minutes while multiple people were getting pickup as well right in front of me as if I wasn’t standing there waiting before all of them. I was completely ignored and all the workers walked right past me and rolled their eyes. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I then had to walk to the back of the line and stand there for another 10 minutes until I got back to the register for the 2nd time now and the women working harassed me and made me show my order on my phone like I was trying to steal someone’s order or something. I will NEVER order nor enter Caliente’s again. You just lost a loyal customer due to your horrible management and workers with a serious attitude problem. Fix your petty disrespectful workers and I might consider giving you my business again. If you don’t know how to treat people right then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a people / family oriented place like Caliente’s. Seriously get it together.

Great pizza and a good selection of beers. Caliente has the best vegan pizza in the area, so I definitely suggest that. The bar area is cool with the memorabilia on the walls, and the staff were all friendly and timely. A great place to go during a Pittsburgh sports game or even just a Friday night out.
