Disappointed beyond belief. Was so looking forward to finally trying this place. It was absolutely mediocre. The salad was horribly drenched in dressing it was sopping wet wilted and inedible. The flatbread with salmon was so disgustingly salty and floppy. There was nothing to balance the saltiness. Flatbread should be crisp or at least not soft and floppy. The potatoes were dried out and rubbery. The chicken was burnt on the outside and the verde sauce was lacking. Maybe a half teaspoonful on there. The dessert selection was blasé. It's all in cups. Was not impressed with this place at all. The waitress was sweet she was the best part of the experience. She could have removed the drink from our bill that I disliked but chose not to. To each their own I suppose. We made reservations for a birthday dinner and they stuck us at a table by the kitchen? Thanks for the star treatment. First and last time here.

Always outstanding service and great eats. Food is always exceptional with no complaints. You can really taste the freshness and thought put into everything. The dark aesthetic makes it great too, almost a natural romance setting.

Here’s one of those very rare dining experiences where the restaurant gets everything right from the moment you arrive. The service, which was very prompt, polite, and helpful with suggestions, atmosphere, food and drinks, portions, and finally the check, which was extremely fair for all you get.I only wish it wasn’t a six hour drive to get to Scranton from Portland, Me.

My husband and I are here on our way to Latrobe, PA. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the attention of the wait staff. We wanted a bottle of red wine and were deliberating on what to order when our waitress offered to provide us with tastings of any of the wines. We tasted a French Pinot noir/Syrah blend and decided to go with that. We ordered 2 bowls of the she crab soup and it was delicious. Tomato-y, plenty of crab and a just enough spice. We ordered the whipped Ricotta appetizer and it was delectable! It came with a very generous portion of toast points not cracker sized dipping bread like we expected. I had the salmon salad and my husband had the she crab special. Both were generously portioned and flavorful! I should also mention that we arrived at the restaurant a bit late (7:50 PM). It was obvious while we were eating that the staff was cleaning up for the night. Our waitress made sure to tell us there was no rush and to take our time. The friendliness and warmth can't be overemphasized! If given the opportunity, we would definitely stop here again!
We wanted a nice restaurant to celebrate our anniversary after a movie. My spouse needs Gluten Free and we called to check. They should really brag more. Well over 1/2 of the menu can be GF. They have 4 seasonal menus and the spring risotto was the best we have ever enjoyed. Excellent atmosphere, service and food.

Didn't get sick so no cross contamination which is a plus!Dietary restrictions: They hada good selection of gluten free and vegan dishes.Kid-friendliness: We had a large party including my 15 month old granddaughter. The staff was friendly and accommodated us with no problems.

Mediocre food and service at 4-5 star prices. The last two times I’ve been there they have been “changing over to the next seasons menu” and were out of stock on ~50% of the entrees. Because the kitchen staff are cooking a small number of meals, I expected them to execute perfectly. Unfortunately this was not the case - our proteins were overcharred leaving an unpleasant burnt flavor in our dishes. Meatloaf was served over a bed of large-cut raw veggies. Drinks come out extremely slowly, with mine (a draft beer) coming out after apps. Not to mention the server didn’t know a single beer on tap and took 10 minutes to bring a draft list over.I left a lot of my critiques out due to length but overall I’d say the value you get is about 25% of the price you pay to go here, so it’s really hard to recommend it in any way.
