My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick dinner today, and the manager, John, stopped by to have a quick chat with us. Despite this being a restaurant in which you clean up after yourself, John took our plates for us and chatted for a few minutes. John is a prime example of an excellent leader and role model.

Placed an order online for a dozen bagels and checked the box for them to be sliced only. They sliced AND toasted them, which is a box that I did NOT check. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, his attitude was so what. They were almost out of bagels at 10:00 AM, so I could not ask for another dozen the way that I ordered them. BAD sevice, and the manager did not care.

11/18/23- Visiting family in the area and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Team Leader, Anthony, provided excellent customer service while placing our order and even stopped by our table to ensure our food was made to our liking, which it was. Anthony must enjoy his job, because he was smiling and friendly with everyone. Great way to kick start our day. Thank you!
