Long post warning: I visited this location recently for a sundae run for the family and had a horrible experience. When I went to this location, there were several people waiting. Once verified everyone had been taken care of, I positioned myself to await my turn. Not once was I acknowledged as I stood for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to see if I needed help. No one said give us one second, no one even looked in my direction during those 10 minutes I just stood there. I finally asked for help and the employee that could haver said something, anything, just walked away. No give me one second, no sorry for the wait, no anything. Just walked away. I asked for help again, can I get some help is what I said, and a new employee came to assist. He tried his best yet wasn't trained well enough to truly assist, which is no fault of his, and the employee who previously walked away came to assist yet actually made matters worse. Finally, my order was taken and as usual when paying, I left a tip. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my family's sundaes. During this time, others came and gone. Some even walked in and was able to make their orders with no issues, no waiting yet still, there I stood. During this time, no one apologized for the wait or said my order will take a bit longer or anything. I just stood there. For 20 minutes. Finally having enough, I cancelled my order. At this time, no one said my order was next or even that I had however many order's to go before my own was worked on. Nothing. The manager came up and said that they couldn't process the refund until the next business day. I left at that time, sundae less. As I drove, I realized that I didn't get much information. No names, no way of knowing how or when the refund was processed or even a legitimate time frame for the refund so I called this location and that was when matters got worse. When someone finally answered the phone, after several attempts, I sated who I was and why I was calling. The same person who previously ignored me was the one that answered the phone, her voice is easy to pick out, and after a bit of unnecessary back and forth, I just wanted to make sure the refund was going to be processed, she asked me to hold and placed the phone down. I could here talking in the background as I waited for another 20 minutes! Then, she hung up. I called back right away and there was no answer over and over again finally, after 10 minutes of calling, I was able to get through and asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager what happened and stated that I need some names to ensure that the refund went through correctly. After telling me that they couldn't give out names she still couldn't give me anything to ensure that the refund will processed accordingly. After I told her that I would report this to BBB she said, "Do what you have o do, sir," and hung up. Hung up on multiple times, there were a few others during the call backs. This was one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with any "restaurant" and it all had to do with service or lack there of. I'm going to keep track f how long it takes that refund After coming to this location for YEARS I never will again.

A few months back I did an online order. When I got home, my soup was missing. I called the restaurant to request a refund and was advised very rudely that a manager would call me back. After speaking to the manager I was advised I would need to request the refund through the website. The website directs me to call the store to request the refund. When I called back and tried to explain this to the manager, he hung up on me. I never got my soup nor a refund. Never been back since this day. Food is falling off anyways.

1st, I never usually do this but I feel like I need to. I was in earlier this week ordered take out. It was busy and the manager (Kim) did an amazing job. She had no clue I was watching. She ran assisting everyone who needed it. She also remained calm and happy with everyone.This location has definitely changed for the better. They are trying their best to do everything possible to change the past issues. I haven't been in a while because of a manager that was rude. He is no longer there so it's wonderful. The team there now actually cares. Great job guys! Just wanted someone to recognize the difference.

Every time I DoorDash my meal this is always what my bacon looks like! I will continue to contact DoorDash for a refund! This is disgusting and a health hazard if someone was to eat this. Please cook the bacon properly!! Horrible!

We greeted by a very nice hostess, she was pleasant and brought us our coffee immediately. We were actually able to have time to look over the menu. I got an open faced turkey sandwich, it was really good.The place is clean, neat and well organized. I highly recommend it. It is everything it was when we were young, and even made better over the years.

Went there just now and the lady working said “sorry but I decided to close the sit down section, I can only do take out” at 5:30pm. Pure laziness, and NOT SO FRIENDLY. Will be going to langhorne location that doesn’t close at dinner time.

Consistently understaffed and out of items. One evening I stood at the check in podium for five minutes before the person behind the counter informed me they were take out only for the evening.

Place is a dump with no staff. I waited for a half hour for chicken tenders and ice cream for my daughter. I ordered and came back 15 minutes later and still waited that long.

Went into this restaurant to have dinner with family and what I saw was disgusting and disturbing to say the least....We will not eat at this restaurant ever again after watching the manager/chef making food with her bare hands and cross contaminating everything. I ordered a burger and fries just to watch this woman make the burger patty bare hand then pick up fries and the buns all in one make..... this restaurant needs to do better before someone gets sick.
