I wanted a holiday drink and they were out of every single holiday drink. It was only December 31st. This is really sad. So I ordered a different drink and they made it completely wrong. It was a hot latte and they made it cold. I am very disappointed in this Starbucks and would not recommend it at all.

Bathroom is disgusting. All the $ starbucks has and it’s dirty anytime I used. Also 22 min wait for 2 drink’s mobile order is ridiculous.

Over 20 minutes behind on mobile orders and the app gives no warning. A lot of people had to cancel orders and leave. Thank Soon they don't have a drive through.

This location is so inconsistent. I’m here almost everyday. You can order the same signature coffee for a week straight and it will literally get it different every single time. It if comes with drizzle, sometimes they include it sometimes they don’t. If it it comes with whipped cream, sometimes they include it sometimes they don’t. The baristas need to study / follow recipes.

The line was out the door and these workers were so composed and efficient! The line went so fast. Everyone there works very hard and deserves a raise. They have a very good staff compared to other Starbucks I’ve been too. I’ve never gone to this Starbucks and had someone that looks miserable. They are always so friendly which is very important to me. I hate feeling unwelcomed when going to spend my money at any business. 10/10 for me. Thank you

Play the music way too loud for those trying to take calls and work. Consistently true over a couple of years. I'd say, consider the customers over the employees in this case and turn it down some. Otherwise, fine.
Went here on 8/27 - I watched them screw up 5 orders! Plus mine. They messed up my coffee and food. I don't know if they had a new crew or what, but they had to remake multiple orders. I will give them another chance but that was rough for my first

Staff was super sweet when I asked for a damp cloth to sanitize a table, she was pretty prompt to hand me a rag for me to wipe stuff down. My matcha latte was hot and flavorful. Yummy spinach wrap. Looks like they remodeled ! Music was tiktok hip.

The staff is rude and not helpful. They will tell you to go to the bank to make change if they don't have it. They will not open the safe to get 20's to make change. I will not be giving my hard earned money to the lazy owner of this store of their rude employees.
