I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that it was a great evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for that successful meeting. The absolute best take out restaurant in the delco area. Seriously, I've haven't had better Chinese takeout than this. The food always tastes fresh and the owners are super nice. When I was picking up food for myself, I noticed the owner running out to give a previous customer a can of soda. They go above and beyond to get your order right.

We order from little basil all the time! They have tons of veggie options and they are all super yummy. We do delivery often (even though they are very close to our house-don't judge!) and the driver is always polite and on time. When we aren't being terribly lazy and decide to pick up, staff is always very nice and food comes out quick. Definitely my go to for chinese food in the neighborhood!

Nothing special about Little Basil. They carry the standard line of typical corner store Chinese restaurants and neither the service or preparation of the dishes is worth driving out of the way for. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a place that is open late and serves a hot meal, they will meet that need.

Food is very good, good portions, tastes fresh. Soups & steamed dumplings are very good, BBQ ribs are very tender, never crispy-burned like at some places. Only used take-out, not delivery, but all orders were ready promptly.
I am very particular...and this is my go to place for Chinese/Thai take out. Super friendly staff and great food. I usually get the Thai Basel shrimp but we've tried other things on the menu and you really can't go wrong here.

Horrible! I had the General chicken and it was over cooked (i hope) and smothered in a sauce that I never had before. Authentic General chicken is supposed to be spicy and red in color. This was sweet and orange in color. Threw it out. Rice was like cement. I am American but I eat Chinese food often. NEVER again from this place.
