Arrived around 8pm on st. Patrick’s day. Expected it to be a little busy but there was barely anyone here just a few people at the bar. We were able to get drinks from the bar but it took over an hour for anyone to assist us in ordering. Ultimately my family and I got up and walked out.

Went here after a bowling tournament nearby. We had great service and great food. They just need some comfortable chairs along with what they have. ?Parking: You can park on the street or around the back. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: ♿️

Went there last night with a few friends for their 21 birthday we wanted to try new bars. We went in there and there's a sign that says seat yourself so we did. The waitress come out and says we are shutting the dining room. We were like that's fine we are so sorry and continued to apologize. Then she had an attitude and said uh that's fine just sit down. We stated we weren't going to be eating just getting some drinks she then said well than if that's all your getting you can sit at the bar. Well the bar was completely full and the tables next to the bar were packed. We left to go else where. Just service was not the best. Why work at a bar if you are going to be miserable?

A nice hidden gem near our home it was our first time trying it and it was delicious! I look forward to coming back and enjoying another date night with my husband.

I very much enjoyed my evening with my family at Joy's. The food was very good and the atmosphere was friendly. I had the French dip sliders and really enjoyed them. My son had a burger and loved it. My wife had the baked tomato soup. That was very good!!!!! We are very happy this place is in our great small town!!!!
This restaurant is the worst in Lancaster County. My sister and I ate there and ordered chicken wings, they came out raw and undercooked and we both were sick for three days with food poisoning. The waitress Melissa was rude and kept rolling her eyes every time we asked a question about items on the menu. She was nasty and acted like we were bothering her by dining there. The owner is clueless how to run a restaurant. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered mixed drinks which we could not even taste the liquor in them. Horrible dining experience!

Horrible restaurant!! Food is poor quality, rude waitress, rude bartender. Owner has no care in the world for her customers. Employees smoking cigarettes while making food and handling food that is being served to customers. A certain waitress Melissa was so nasty and swore at us for not giving her a 30 percent tip. My brother told her if you want a tip at all you should treat your customers with respect. That restaurant has no clue on taking care of customers.

Walked in on a Thurs. afternoon around 1:30 hoping to get some lunch. Bar was busy....no servers for the dining area. Sat down,waited 10 long minutes...no sign of any employees other than one bartender. Left and went down the street to Beanies....was a great move!
