Worst customer services, I call to ask for breakfast one of them suggested me to order by the app I try they closed down by 10:30am then I call back the manager so then JENNA” answer and said to be get here before 11 we will have breakfast for u I got there with my kids by 10:55am I had a 13 mins drive I was by the great woof resort and she knew that still send me back empty handed with my kids hangry and in top of everything give me a attitude DONT GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO A CUSTOMER “JENNA” . Store manager !

This was super sad we drove 160 miles and at a Waterpark and our 2nd time here. They forced us to use Machines computers that wasn't working well freezing and not scanning deal codes and double our order yet the store won't help up at all they even said if we call corp the manager heavy set lady with the big earing and no name tag said our Corp complaint will go to her and she will say the same thing no refunds... I guess double charging folks is part of the business model here. If you are going to Kalahari don't eat here. This store should be reported to the PA attorney General for robbing clients cuz if you overcharge 100 people 20$ like us that around 2k

Food was good. It was noisy, as usual on a Sunday afternoon. They ran out of clean trays for dine in. Also, when ordering on the kiosk, there were no numbers to take to the table for our order. Other than that, it was good.

Open 24 hours? Sign on door says so but only on Thu, Fri and Sat. Tried talking to a girl thru the glass but all she barked at me was... we're not open, at all yet she was filling the ice machine. Very rude. I give this one ?

Changed my 2 star to a 4. After 7 years, I can finally stomach going here again. It used to be unbearable. Now it's tolerable and they usually get your order right more often than not. Credit where credit is due. Must be under new management lol
Shift manager came out of the store and was yelling and cursing at me to move into the next lane . When I finally ordered and pulled up to get my food I could hear him yelling about in the back. Called the store manager to discuss and she never returned my call

Too expensive now for what you get. I ordered 2 McDoubles that were supposed to be $3.99 mix and match deal and they gave me 2 double cheeseburgers for $6.29. Don't know if that was an honest mistake or an underhanded tactic to get you to pay more. Too bad I didn't catch that until I got home. But beware of slick "mistakes" like this that get you to pay more. Funny how small fries are almost $3.00. Unbelievable how much markup they are doing everywhere. Seriously not worth the price for their food anymore unless you have no choice.

Every employee looks so miserable working there and doesn't even greet the customers. Customers were waiting for their orders from 15 minutes to 25 minutes. That's not acceptable in fast food service. The drive thru looked like a car wash line. Went inside, and it was worse.Never again, Wendy's is much faster and customers friendly.Jm.
