The kids had fun, but someone should have taught the kids how to fall while bouldering. My son is a climber and works in a few different gyms. He shared with me the proper way to fall so I could reach the kids, but he was shocked they didn't teach the kids this so they wouldn't get hurt.

My family and I enjoyed a day at pocono rocks during a road trip to the poconos. Such a great cafe with delicious lattes. The food was really good, fresh and made to order. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special orders. Special mention: the cuban sandwich so good and their fresh pastries. Our boys loved the experience.

I have been here three times. As a local business owner I really wanted to give this place a chance. However, on all three occasions we have experienced the poorest of service and the worst atmosphere ever. I don’t know how people give this place anything more than a 1 star. The employees do nothing but sit around, not paying any attention to the children. There is no maximum amount of kids per jumping castle and no employee monitoring in each jumping castle. There could be as many kids as can fit. It gets extremely unsafe as my child was hurt within five minutes of being there. Although I was there monitoring my children, there was absolutely no employees monitoring whatsoever what was going on in the jumping pits any of the three times that we were there.Honestly the food was OK. Nothing special but nothing terrible.I honestly find my conversations with Jodi, The owner to not be very pleasant.Needless to say, after giving this place a try three different times and having three different horrible experiences we will not be returning.

This place is a must visit! We had my nieces birthday party here and had a blast. The kids loved it. It’s a very clean and organized establishment . The food is made fresh and a was delicious, especially the pizza and chicken quesadillas. The staff is lovely and the owner was wonderful. My family and I will definitely be back for more birthdays and parties.Kid-friendliness: The kids loved it.

Awesome spot for the kids!!! Let them run and jump and just enjoy your social media and get some work done on your laptop. Foods also pretty good! Would definitely recommend! Service is great also!

What a great place for the kids to burn some energy and the parents to chill a bit while watching them over some coffee and snacks (for all). Very safe space. Kids can run and jump around in the bounce houses that have cool slides and ladders, the warrior obstacle course, and the rock climbing for all ages to try. Spent a good 2 hrs there and would return if in the pocono area, highly recommend. Went today on MLK day and was $25 per kid, not too shabby at all.

The food is great here!! This is not only a fun place to bring the kids, I love eating lunch here while my son plays! You would never guess that in a kids play spot there would be such healthy and good options to eat! The owner, Jody, is super friendly and kind. It can get busy with birthday parties on the weekends, but my son just loves coming! Staff is great, awesome breakfast and lunch options, plus entertains the kids for hours.

We had a great time, coffee and food was great, kids had a blast. Very comfortable and clean. Was very nice to be able to do an indoor activity on a rainy day. I highly recommend this place.
Awful. And zero understanding of customer service. I paid for my 2 little kids and then 2 teenagers just based off pics. As I literally just finished paying the teens realized how small, gross and crowded with little kids it was. I immediately asked for refund just for the 2 older kids or even half of just theirs. And was told to contact them via email as they aren’t authorized. Contacted while still there and was told no. My teens did NOTHING, used NOTHING and were honestly the main reason for them was they were trying to be responsible to not hurt some of the small kids there. What a terrible place, experience and zero customer service. They could have made it right very easily. They should be ashamed!

So glad this place has made it through Covid, so let’s keep the support going!!! We went with 6 kids age 2-10 and they all had a blast! The variety of baked goods we got to share were delicious and the kids got so much energy out!! Support local small businesses!!!
