My recent visit to this Starbucks left much to be desired. Despite being in the store and waiting patiently, I had to endure over a 5-minute wait just to be served a simple coffee that took less than 15 seconds to prepare, including the payment. What's more frustrating is the apparent prioritization of the drive-thru customers over those inside the store. There were 6(SIX) baristas and all were only working on drive-thru orders while I alone waited there feeling foolish for giving my hard-earned money for a cup of caffeine. Every customer, whether at the counter or in the drive-thru, deserves equal respect and efficient service.Unfortunately, the manager, Jay, failed to address the issue adequately. Instead of offering a sincere apology, Jay offered excuses, citing being behind 30 minutes. While I understand that challenges may arise, it's essential for management to handle such situations professionally and ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness. If a 30-minute delay is considered normal here, there's clearly a problem that needs to be addressed.It's crucial for both customers and corporate to be aware of such service lapses. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, there's room for improvement in terms of prioritizing in-store customers and better management of wait times. Hopefully, this feedback will lead to positive changes in the future.Parking: For some reason parking can be sketchy at times.

Don't bother ordering online, they'll make you wait 1/2 hour for a tea and take care of drive thru orders before you! I'll never go here again. Dumbest experience I've had yet.

The Starbucks in Mt. Pocono is hit or miss. I can never rely on my drink being hot or correct according to my order specifications.This morning's coffee didn't have everything I paid for...PER USUAL.Sometimes the employees are nice. Sometimes they're not. Sometimes the drinks are right. Sometimes they're not. One time we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for our order. We couldn't cancel because we ordered on the mobile app ahead of time.Several times we had to request the coffee to be made over again.I hate that the Mount Airy Casino Starbucks is no longer in service because it was worth the extra drive to have my drinks and food made right with great customer service.May be time to find another Starbucks or switch to Dunkin Donuts.1.5 Stars out of 5 Stars ?This place needs so much more improvement.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been in!! I ordered the Caramel cinnamon nitro cold brew. Not only did I wait 15 minutes because they sat my cup on the counter, and no one noticed it until I asked how much longer I had to wait but the foam wasn't sweet and there WAS NO ICE!! How do you serve someone a cold coffee and not include ICE, especially when the Grande costs $6.00!! I'll never go here again! They need to step up their game considering there's a Wawa across the street and a Dunkin down the street, I'll be going to one of these two places from now on.

Great staff, very friendly. Coffee was perfect. Didn't even have to wait long. Decided to sit in. Ample seating with USB ports and outlets for your laptops or any electrical devices. Free wifi is a plus. Plenty of parking.

Although I’ve never been inside this Starbucks location & have always used the drive thru, I have to say, this by far, is the BEST one in our area. The service is quick, they always get the order right, and you can tell there is emphasis on how staff interact w/customers. Above & beyond friendly & friendly. I had the great pleasure of Nick taking our order this morning & his upbeat, friendly, engaging manner in greeting customers is exceptional! This branch should serve as a shining example to all Starbucks branches all across the state. Thank you for providing excellent service!
