1230am food run. The person taking order sounded welcoming. Got to window manager called cashier away from window but not out of view or earshot. Seem to be reprimand in front of peers and drive thru customer. This caused a hold up with receiving order. She then proceeded to complete purchase herself when she came to the window. The food was good but what I didn't like is my mom had to repeat our order at least 3 times,and then we got up to the window,and they gave us our drink almost didn't give us our drinks. Very unperfresional.
