I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and wings. Instead, I received a pizza with no sauce and a blob of burnt goo with chicken nuggets. When I called to complain, the manager on duty put me on hold for eight minutes. I then drove down to a store with zero customers where I was met by the same manager who couldn't recognize what was wrong when looking at the pie. When I explained why it was so frustrating to wait forty-five minutes for a bad order, only to be put on hold for another eight on the phone, her response was, "Well, I mean, I refunded your order, so..." Needless to say, I won't be going back. This location serves garbage and, it seems, they're totes cool with that. Do yourself a favor and pick up a DiGiorno on the way home instead.
