Hardly ever do I leave negative reviews when I have a bad experience. So taking the time to write this so people can have a heads up. I've been coming to this dunkin for years as of recent this business has taken a turn in the wrong direction. The younger workers seem to be at social club rather then at work and today aside from finding hair in not just 1 but 4 out of the 5 bagels I ordered I've decided against bringing business here. I witnessed a young lady I will not say her name literally walk around the corner and put her hand down the back of her pants and pick at Her butt for a good 10 seconds, immediately after she picked out a box of donuts with no gloves on and using the same hand... I had to walk out. For the amount of money they generate they should have some pride in their job.

They only had six varieties of donuts and only one of them was filled. The coffee was good but I really wanted a peanut butter filled donut with chocolate icing!Parking: Not a lot of parking but the drive through lanes were very busy!

I had 2 people in my vehicle and they said they can not do 2 orders at the drive thru. What's the difference I'm still paying for both orders. If you can't handle both coffee orders then I'll take my business else where. Plus the line is insane and very slow

I ordered ahead on the app and the drive thru was blocked by a garbage truck for a solid 8 minutes until someone called. Then I waited another 20 mins just to get out of line and see that there was someone physically standing in the drive thru. I understand 15 mins to get coffee but when people have to work 30 mins is crazy. There is a walk in option on the app so I tried to do that and the doors are locked. I called to try and cancel my order at this point and they were rude and said “well the order is done.” How am I suppose to get the order? Also waiting that long my food would be cold and iced coffee just melting. There needs to be a better way or at least get a refund.

I ordered using the app, we ordered 2 different coffees and instead of receiving our 2 different coffees, we received 2 identical coffees with different stickers. We are in a rush so we don't have time to fix it, I'm sure they'd fix it no problem if we had time, but we don't.

It isn't terrible, but this is the second time that I have ordered a Chai Latte and have been given some kind of coffee Latte. The first time they were super nice and redid my order without issue, but today they seemed kind of snotty about it and it took 3 tries to get it right (third time is a charm I guess). The thing is as far as I know (never worked as a batista so I could be wrong) Dunkin, Starbucks, Coffee Bean and all the rest use a premix for their Chai and all they have to do is steam and add the milk.If it is on the menu, make sure staff knows how to make it and if you don't just say so and don't be indignant about it. Also, clean your tables better. Nobody wants to sit at tables that have crumbs and spills from others.

I'm satisfied with their service. Sometimes I have to wait, I've had orders incorrect, donuts sold out I wanted, foam forgotten, long line waits, ect. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts in the Williamsport-same stuff. Quit composing and make your stuff at home if you can't handle the service. That's that!

This dunkin's drive thru in Muncy is EXTREMELY slow, not sure what for. Sometimes they take their time in even greeting you to start your order with no one in front of me. I usually go daily to get my cold coffee and constantly get the side eye. This location is closest for me. The one time i asked for ice in a cup for my daughter's hot chocolate boy did I get an attitude. But i gave it right back, sorry not today! Sometimes our drinks aren't even filled, I bought a medium it's only filled like a small which is bullshit! They always forget the cold foam or a sandwich or something. No one is perfect but man do your jobs. I sat at the window waiting for my stuff, all the window girl did was talk and talk to co workers and my order was just sitting there. There is an older lady that does drive thru orders and she is ALWAYS pleasant! Inside waiting for my drinks the place is usually pretty dirty as in napkins/ straw wrappers/crumbs lying all over on tables. Its kinda gross sometimes. Poor management it seems. Very very slow! To many kids working at once, to much talking. That generation forgets to realize we are their pay checks and proper customer service.

I love their donuts more than Sheetz but when they're supposed to open at 4 am then they should open at 4 am. Sat and waited for 10 minutes for them to open. 5 after 4 the door was still locked and the women were standing in the back.

a piece of paper in my undercooked grilled cheese sandwich. don't go here. the service was slow for a sunday at nine in the morning. as far ambiance goes staff was pretty nice.
