Everytime I go to this location I have to pull forward and wait...everytime! This time however I didn't recieve my fries and I didn't realize until I got back to work in my opinion if you make somebody have to wait extra time you should at least make sure they get what they pay for!

Was very disappointed this time at McDonald's at Lycoming Mall Muncy PA. Ordered filet of fish one regular and two with ketchup hardly any ketchup up on the one and cheese had less than half a piece. Walked in talked to manager. He said that's how we've always done it and refuse to give me any more cheese you know I'm supposed to have cheese on it less than a piece is not cheese it didn't even cover the fish. Was very rude. Not first time disappointed. But first time writing a review.Parking: Free parking

Good service, friendly staff. The fries are rarely hot and crisp, only downside.
Your burgers and fries could be alot better; burgers are 3 times smaller than they used to be, you cut your burgers as thin as you can to make a profit, your fries are really dry and the tips of them are hard. I have to break the tips off to eat your fries.

Worst customer service I have ever received at east 3rd st williamsport. Will not go back. Manager is root of problem. So not helpful to complain. Horrible the worst.
SUPER slow service at the drive through. Had about 5 cars pull out of the drive through and waiting 10+ minutes for their order. The workers were not very pleasant about it

It was freezing in there !!! Sandwich was good, but the coffee could have removed the paint from a wall. Could not drink it even with cream and sugar. Yuk !!! There was also an employee who bothered every customer who came in the door. He definitely had a disability but if he was going to work there, someone, a caregiver, an aide, another worker , should have been with him. I felt bad for him and also the other customers.

The girl at the drive thru didn't listen to the order I gave & I had to repeat it twice. I didn't talk fast or say too much at once. She seemed preoccupied & was not listening. She still got it wrong. After getting the food & it being wrong, I had to loop around a go in. I was the only one standing there, but it took 10 minutes just for someone to wait on me. No apology or anything.
