Kolby made the birthday girl feel very special by creating a special sundae just for her! We can’t say enough good things! The staff was friendly and a direct reflection of their awesome manager. But I only had 30 letters to work with, so I went with "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake" - but I really wished for an exclamation point, so I added this note in the comments section "If you could squeeze an exclamation point as a 31st character onto the cake that would be amazing to "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake!" - but if not the cake will still be great, just less enthusiastic.
