Hummus and extra pita and schnitzel pita. Hummus and tahini were delicious - smooth and creamy. The pita was soft and chewy and went perfectly with the hummus and tahini. The schnitzel pita was crispy and stuffed with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Came with sauces on the side which I appreciate. If I had more time, I would come back for more!

Delicious food, peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, great service. Honestly the best restaurant I've been to, and I've been to many. Great selection, and everything tastes fresh. I really do hope they open more locations.

I have been searching everywhere for good fresh falafel and I stumbled on this GEM! This is the best falafel I've had in the entire United States. Every time I visit Philadelphia I will be eating here every day for lunch!!

If you’re going to charge an insane $17 for edamame at least don’t have a dirty mop, dishes, pots and random garbage sitting out in the open by the parking lot entrance. This place has a lot of potential if only they gave a little love to the interior.

Vegetarian options: The food is always spectacular, delicious,, clean. Authentic Israeli food. There is a difference between Middle Eastern, food and Israeli food. And you know the difference once you have eaten here.

The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back. We received the food approximately 15-20 minutes after ordering; I found the dishes to be mediocre. I did love the Israeli sweet beverages they offer though!Parking: There is a parking lot right in front of the store.

We were just passing through Philadelphia and stopped at Star of David for dinner before getting back on the road. It was a busy Sunday night and we didn't know what to expect. We were happily surprised. The staff was friendly, aimed to please and from the way that they handled "family hour" with aplomb, you wouldn't know that we walked in at the busiest time of the week. We saw a couple ask for a change in their order after it had been brought out to their table and the service staff didn't even blink. We all ordered different items from the menu and shared the plates, so I can tell you that all of the food was fantastic and the portions were very generous. Our teenage grandson, couldn't even clean his plate. Highly recommend this place.
