Birdville pizza, hands down the WORST pizza I've ever had. The crust was like cardboard. There was next to no cheese on it. Bland. Completely flavorless. P and m in Arnold is by far SUPERIOR. Will never order again!!!

There is a lot of great pizza places in this area, unfortunately Philippis is not one of them. This has got to be the worst pizza I’ve had since I first came to the Pittsburgh area about 15 years ago.I’ve heard people rave about this place so I decided to try it. Very disappointing! The “birdville” pie tasted like ketchup and American cheese on a cracker. The service was ok. The atmosphere was tolerable. The pizza was terrible.

Bird nest was delicious! Husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs w/ tossed salad. He said it was really good and one of the best. Service was excellent ?
Good food at good prices. Highly recommend the birdville pie. Such a unique blend of sauce and cheese. Similar to the Chicago deep dish without the deep dish. Will definitely be back.

So we ordered 5 birdville pizza's last week. Not sure if they tweaked the recipe. Had a little bite to it. Three of us agreed it was the best pizza we ever ordered from Phillippi's. If you did tweak it, KEEP It. Absolutely delicious. If not, then give kudo's to last Friday's crew.So it's been awhile since we last ordered. Wasn't that good then. But this order was the bomb. Please keep it rollin.
