We've been to this restaurant many times but I've never seen it so dirty. There were no napkins in dispensers, the entire counter by the drinks was dirty and sticky and the other counter was as bad. The tables hadn't been cleaned and the floor was sticky. Perhaps they are short on help but today was really bad.

I forgot my purse, another customer brought it to the manager, Heidi. She secured it, locked it in the safe until I was able to return to Wendy's to get it! I'm so thankful for Heidi bring such a wonderful, trustworthy manager, can't thank her enough!! She's the Best!!

Went there 1 morning for breakfast an this lovely young lady greeted me at the speaker an was so kind an caring an helped me thru my whole order it was perfect an she was very nice to conversate with I'll definitely come back only when she working thankfully she told me what her schedule is week to week

The drive thru girls are super nice and patient. As a career cook I can tell that they have to buy time in between each car by saying we will be right with you but it only happens half the time. Once I saw 2 cars ahead of me and just went in to save time came back out and the car ahead of me was still waiting at the box. Also a manager gave me a free frosty for the kids once just because. Hope their cook speeds it up soon and the girls get promoted!

Awful staff. Shuts window when you ask for straws that were not given. Tosses receipts and cards at you as well. Dirty looks. Very uncalled

Continues to get slower and slower everytime I visit. They closed the closer one and are struggling to keep up with demand. Doesn't help that staff are on calls while taking your order. Just remember it's fast food.
