“I came in for some take out and was kindly helped with the menu. I decided on Brown stew chicken, rice and peas and I couldn't resist a pattie. The food was great, it was flavorful and better than I thought. I was a bit skeptical of the white meat, but they know how to do it right.The inside of the restaurant is clean and comfortable. “TLDR: Probably fine for sweet drinks like lattes and frappes, not good for speciality or straight espresso.I popped in for an afternoon caffeine buzz, and that’s about all I got. I did ask how they make their macchiato, and was impressed that they asked “do you want that traditional?” They at least know what it is. So I got a double macchiato and it had a nice large dollop of foam. It didn’t have any milk added to it, just the foam on top, which is fine, that’s how some people make a traditional macchiato. But for that to be good, it has to be good espresso. This was not. It was too sharp. No crema. Just too much bite. I got back to my event on campus nearby and went to their Dunkin station and added some cream and a sugar packet. It was fine then. :)Overall, not what I would want from a coffee shop, but if you aren’t big into the nuances of espresso tastes, you’ll be fine!“

They are located on E 3rd Street in Southside Bethlehem. I ordered Honey Roasted Brussels (weekly special) and one of their most popular sandwiches; O.M.G (Oh My Gouda). Both Fantastic! The Brussels were tossed in habanero infused honey and then topped with scallions, walnuts, and bacon bits. Best I've ever had! Oh My Gouda is made with oven roasted turkey, bacon, gouda, lettuce, tomato, basil, honey dijon, and mayo. It's served on fresh Italian Bread. Absolutely recommend! I could eat at this place every day! It's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Pickup and delivery are both available.
