I’ve spent my entire 24 years of life going here but the drastic decline in service the past 3 years is causing me to switch. The staff doesn’t seem to care about about the patients much anymore and it’s honestly sad to see. I’ve had multiple problems with this office and I hate to leave but I know I will be treated better somewhere else. I don’t ever leave reviews but I need people to know not to waste their time. Thanks for the years of service but literally any other St Luke’s provider would be better at this point.

I take my daughter to this Dr. Office and it's been nothing but issues. Dr.s not caring about her and the office staff hanging up on phone calls. They've been rude, and not understanding. They do not put their patients first nor do they care about the actual issues you go in for. There was a couple nurses that tried to help more than the doctors. But at this point I'm completely fed up. And I never write reviews. This family practice doesn't care about their patients or family's issues.. some family practice.

My former Dr, Dr. Nathan Litton left to go back home on the west coast and I had to have a new patient dr visit to continue my medication and during this appointment I felt like I had to defend myself and my condition and didn't believe that she really believed there was anything wrong with me and what kind of Dr tells you that you have to pick and choose what days to be medicated bc she doesn't do things the way the last guy does. I'm definitely taking my family and leaving the st Luke's networkbc of this.

My Birthday: 06/25 -Went unconscious with a series of complex symptoms went to St. Luke's Anderson.Called Nazareth Family Practice after 2 days in the ER to follow up with my family doctor. I was told I was dropped as a patient with no record of notice sent for me to find a new provider.-I've never missed an appointment-Never had an outstanding balance-Never had a compliance issueExplained my situation and the need to be re-established as a new patient while the lady berated me about how I should keep better records. The following day I was back in the hospital for another 5 days.Dr. Martin has done more for me and my family growing up than I can count. I am thankful for the previous 28 years of care and wish him and his family the best.I've established myself with Penn Medicine. Best decision I ever made, though part of me would have wanted to meet the clown I spoke to on the phone.

Dr. Martin and Nazareth Family Practice has been my family's primary care provider for many years. Now that I'm getting older, I especially appreciate his expertise in geriatrics. I'm always comfortable in discussing whatever issue I'm having.

Every time we go to see the doctors we never have to wait long at all and everyone is very professional unlike some other offices I have been too ... Dr. Brotzman is the best , she is very patient with my 14 year old daughter and very down to earth ... I recommend highly
