I was so excited to finally try this small coffee roasting business. The fact that they are local and have very high ratings and amazing word of mouth recommendations, my order was definitely overdue.We were forced to search for a healthier, cost effective, and fresher roast. Sherman's Valley Coffee Co is a very small, one man operation. I think that's what makes it so good. Each order is custom roasted when the order is places and ground to order, if one chooses ground coffee rather than whole bean. The coffee is purchased directly from the grower so the farmer gets all of the money and doesn't have to give most of it to some huge middle man. I've been buying all of our coffee there for the last month or so and continue to plan on doing so!

Great place to get fresh roasted and then fresh ground coffee. Place your order ahead of time and they will let you know when it's ready for pickup. It smells wonderful even outside in the parking lot.
