I think the reason behind some negative reviews is people did not know what Hank is about ! It’s casual. There is no bathroom, no indoor sitting. You can not really pick the toppings of your taco, it’s either soft shell or hard shell with meat or beans.Yes the line can be long. But ITS ABOUT EXPERIENCE! :)The whole thing is a nice experience. Stopped to visit Hanks after getting off work. Everyone chose different items. One steak salad, one ice cream cone, one sundae, one milkshake. They were all served up in a reasonable time. I heartily recommend this place to eat at. Yummy!Parking: Plenty of parking areas

A family favorite in the area. I grew up going to hanks for custard. Took my wife there for dates. Took my kids there raising them. Now they take their significant others there as well. Delicious frozen custard and a great food menu of Mexican style food and much more. Long lines a lot of the time but I think it’s worth it. Buffalo chicken pita and a banana split is a favorite choice.
