Ate there yesterday for lunch! Cheeseburger were so cold cheese didn’t melt. Hotdogs cold as well. And fries were so cold again cheese didn’t melt. Very disappointing as I know service is usually top notch.

I never leave bad reviews but today was not good. I ordered my food online because I was on my way to work and did not want to wait long for it. The young lady at tue window was very pleasant. On my way to work which is literally 3 min down the road, I opened my box to make sure my food was correct. It was, but my fries were ICE cold. Literally freezing. When I got a chance to call them, they gave me a bunch of excuses on why I was basically lying. The supervisor did offer new fries but I totally don't even want them now ? what a waste of time and money ?

A personal favorite with a simple menu. I love their dogs with everything and strawberry shakes. They have updated the interior but it is still the same layout it has been for as long as I can remember. I try to stop in at least once when I am in town.

Been a staple that the food speaks for itself...Regrettably, last time I was there (2 hours before close) I couldn't order a burger because they had already shut off the grill... now I could understand if you run out but to simply shut it off with 2 hours left being open, that's crazy

My wife was born in New Castle so we come up from NC to New Castle to visit. Coney Island has great dogs and fries smothered in chili. Don’t expect a fancy expensive restaurant but expect an amazing and awesome taste of pure good old Americana.
