If you’re going to have side by side drive thru then take them in order I was there but you chose the other lane for their order ( they pulled in after me ) so I left I’m a frequent visitor but no more !!! Your manager need to re-educate

I ordered nuggets fries, coffee. Tried to order pumpkin pie ( what was posted) was told they didn’t have pumpkin, they had holiday.. then told me they didn’t have it. I got my coffee, it was ice cold. Was told to pull over to wait on nuggets and fries. Been waiting almost 15 min. Still no food.. && I should have the option wether or not I want to wait for the item to be made. They made me wait anyways. Would give negative stars if I could have. Just unacceptable

I don't always stop before work but I do gotta say there's a manager I think she is and when she smiles and says have a good day it brightens my morning. Just a little something that I hope more of you get to experience there if you get her in the mornings.

It's McDonald's it's supposed to be cheap fast food. And it's doing neither of those.
I'd rate a full 0/5 if I could. Drive through is passable at best and if you're inside expect extremely slow service cold as ice french fries melted ice cream and don't expect any modifications that you make to items to be listened to or correct and expect to be ignored throughout the entire process. Hell they might just clear your order off the screen and refuse to make it until you whip out your recipt or ask for a manager to speak to. I generally don't pull age into the mix however it seems that an entire shift that is always stacked together is entirely made out of 1415 and 16 year olds I know that these age ranges can do good work however it seems that the entire staff at that time does not care. Again 0/5

Unfortunately they gave me the wrong oder lol . I tried to call them to let them know but the phone just rang and rang but the lady was very friendly and had a smile on her face and greeted people as they came in .

Well considering there was at least 5 people I could see. I waited for someone to acknowledge me at counter for almost 5 minutes. Went to go get a refreshing soda because it was hot out and there was no ice but I was still charged for a drink though the drink only costed $1.49 and I didn't really care for a refund I feel it could have been offered. I took a cheeseburger back up as it wasn't ordered how I asked and here again I had a manager ignore me and I'm assuming another kind of manager who had a dark blue shirt did the same. The cashier who did acknowledge me was very kind and polite and made my eat out a Lil better. Sometimes all it takes is kindness!!!!!

Had a nice experience for breakfast. Quick goid and fast.Parking: I had to make my own handicap space. The 2 aloted spaces were already taken.
