Mr. Pizza An absolute Awesome gem in New Castle Pa for years, we are absolutely blessed with the best! New York style since 1972 came from Brooklyn NY where it started in 1953, it's just like being in New York and having the Real deal NY slice , the absolute Best! ????

Got a medium pepperoni with extra mushrooms didn't get the Xtra mushrooms and there wasn't any sauce on my pizza either

Just picked up a pizza and the box isn't big enough, so the pizza was folded in on top of itself. They also can never cut the pizza into close to being even pieces. Customer service and friendliness are also often lacking. Unfortunately, they are the closest thing to a decent pizza place that isn't 30 minutes away and they know it, so they don't care.

I love Mr. Pizza. It's one of the best small businesses in our little town. They have sub sandwiches that I don't think get enough recognition. Of course we all know how great their pizza is but Idk how many of our residents know how good the subs are. The staff I've always had a good experience with. Both over the phone and in person. Always friendly, always knows any answers to any questions about the food, always willing to go an extra mile no matter how busy they are. My family has ate here for generations and will continue to eat here for many more generations to come.

PLEASEREAD. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Terrible customer service! Also a disgusting place to order pizza!! They take your mistaken pizza back and RESELL it to other customers. I genuinely watched this happen. They messed up my entire order and only offered to help if I returned the half eaten pizza that my daughter touched and the other that was not touched. When I walked in to get my new pizzas- the workers were laughing and didn’t care at all. Genuinely disgusting attitude. I work in the food industry and I’ve never witnessed such nasty policy to ReSELL A PIZZA A CUSTOMER LEFT THE BUILDING WITH.I’ll never support your business again.Thanks.

Ordered 80$ worth of pizza for a celebration of life for my fathers service. Asked for it to be party cut it was barely cut the regular way let alone party cut. Sad we grew up eating here and my dad loved their pizza.
