We were on our lunch break and ended up taking our food to go because the server was slow and rude.When we got back to the office we found we had no utensils, no butter for our bread and our side salads were all frozen. When I called and asked to speak with the manager lady never gave me her name but asked mine and proceeded to tell me she would tell the owner about our experience and she was sorry the salads were frozen. She also said we needed to ask for butter and utensils. Knowing that we walked in to eat and then had to change to take out, I just assumed you would send some butter and utensils. However when I made the suggestion that maybe the server was rude because she was overwhelmed being the only one working all 3 dining areas this lady just said she would tell the owners. Well the food is great I will not be back anytime soon.

Lived here almost my whole life, and have been past this place probably a million times, but never ate there, until last night.Steak salad was awesome, spaghetti and meat sauce was deeeeeeeeeelicious, the bread was amazing, and the service from the chefs and waitresses was so freaking fast, you'd think the Flash and his family were working there!!!We'll definitely be back! My wife and I really enjoyed the food.

High prices, subpar customer service, and poor undercooked Lasagne. I’m not sure how the place stays in business. The only plus to our visit is that I didn’t get stomach sick after visiting.
