Well I'm sorry but I didn't like my food the salad wasn't much of a salad it was just Lettuce and a fue Croutons and that to me is not a much of a garden salad and my dinner the Noodles were not done right and the meat balls were not Fresh ones they were like frozen ones and I didn't like them. The sauce wasn't that great. So I don't think I'll be ordered from there again.

My gf and I were welcomed in as we entered the restaurant by the host who led us to a booth. On the table was a Google Review flyer and several drink and dessert menus. Waiter comes over and introduces himself and ask what we would like to drink. He comes back with our berry tea drinks and menus and leaves us for a minute or two. On the menu was a meal deal. 1 Appetizer and 2 Entries for $25. Waiter comes back and I personally ordered the App and the Entries for the both of us and as I do, I point to them on the menu where they are listed under the heading 2 for $25. The waiter says "Oh we have other appetizers included in this deal'. But because they were not under that heading we stuck with exactly what was under the heading 2 $25. During the meal we hear the couple behind us complain their food was cold and they paid and left. When it came to our check at the end it was $58. "hey buddy" I said to the waiter, whats going on here? We had the 2 for $25 deal and 2 teas, the waiter says "you didn't tell me you were ordering from that section. Remember me pointing to them on the menu, I said. As he tried to argue with me, I demanded the manager who removed $10 from the bill, leaving the bill at $45 and some change. So we left $46 including tip. Normally my gf thinks I over tip. If you want to make it in the food and beverage industry you might wanna step up your game. It appears from this review forum that they are not learning anything from these but are instead trying to steer away from Trip Advisor because these are where the REAL reviews are.

We decided to go to lunch around 1:00 pm. When we got there it was busy but there was no wait. The waitress asked us our drink order and if we wanted an appetizer. She brought drinks then brought the appetizer but it was wrong. Then we asked for more drinks but didn’t get them. Then our food came out but only 3 of us got our food and the other dish didn’t come out for 10 min later. Still didn’t get drinks until we were done with our food and had to ask again. Then when we asked for our check she brings the card reader to our table and stands there while you do it. Our check was $85 for 3 burgers and chicken fingers. We will NEVER go back!

We ate there around 530 for dinner with our daughter. She had pasta and i had shrimp scampi. Both our foods were luke warm and the presentation were uninviting. Our server never came once to ask for refills on our drinks or why we did not eat our food but was sure quick on giving us our check. We will not be back

We tried calling the restaurant about 25 minutes before they closed, to order some take-out. No answer after repeated calls. We arrived in person 10 minutes before this location closed. The snippy server kept complaining that we got there too late, and that our take-out wouldn't be ready "in time." "In time for what?" I asked. Her response: OK, but I've been here since 11:00. Your order will be ready in about 35 minutes." I said, "I totally get it. That's why we're ordering to go." And we tipped. When our food came out, our server kept complaining under her breath. I asked to speak to the manager. My feeling: When you arrive before the restaurant closes, they should serve you. Especially when it's to-go. The manager apologized, but offered us nothing in the way of a drink, dessert, anything. We have been to many Ruby Tuesdays across the country, and have always been pleased with food and service. Today, after a long day of driving, we weren't impressed with this location.

Good Service. Average food, basic salad bar. I would not go out of my way to eat here. My wife enjoyed her chicken dish. I thought the portions were small.
I stoped in over the weekend for the first time in a while with my sister, niece, and elderly parents, and had Kiley as a server. She was so sweet and patient with my parents. She was also very “kid aware,” she brought out nieces food first and had stickers at the end! All of her recommendations were accurate, everything came out perfect. Highly recommend asking for her if you eat here, we will definitely be back!

We had dinner there last night. Service was good and they were willing to adjust seasoning on an item on the menu for me. We both enjoyed our meal. We went early so it wasn't too busy. The rye croutons on the salad bar are so good!

I’m not going to elaborate too much but this Ruby Tuesday’s is terrible. The only good thing was the crab dip appetizer. I ordered the Ribeye steak medium rare. It was cooked more towards medium and it was full of fat and disgusting I wouldn’t ever eat there again

i do have to travel a bit to get here because thier is none close to me, but I have never had a bad meal or service coming here it's worth it There something for everyone on the menu

Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu and very unhelpful with our questions. She also told us that the Salad Bar was a side option without mentioning the upcharge. She also did not bring me my drink. She wasn’t very kind as well. There was a sharp beeping noise coming from the Kitchen every other minute. It made the environment uncomfortable.
